Your account

Delete your Faybley account

You can close your account and erase everything we hold about your family from inside the app in under a minute. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.

Delete from inside the app

Deletion lives behind the parent gate, so a child cannot do it by accident.

  1. Open Faybley and tap Profile.

  2. Open the Parent Dashboard and pass the parent check.

  3. Go to Data & Privacy.

  4. Tap Delete account and confirm. You can export your data first from the same screen.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate for your account and completes across our systems within 30 days.

  • Your parent account, sign-in and email address.
  • Every child profile, including names, ages, interests and reading progress.
  • Every story written for your family, with its illustrations and narration.
  • Every voice recording and the voice model built from it.
  • Your notification settings and preferences.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or it will keep renewing.

Can't get into the app?

Write to hello@faybley.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, then delete everything within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
